Praline et Fleur de Sel, Gluten-Free crepes

If you follow any diet, you probably think French crepes are your enemy. You may change your opinion a little bit once you went to Praline et Fleur de Sel creperie located in Gerland.
Philippe Liberge, the owner, created a series of Breton buckwheat pancakes with no gluten (though they may have traces of gluten). The original recipes are a testimony of his living experiences.
The crepes seller spent 25 years of his life in Britany, the capital of French crepes and 25 years in Lyon. That’s why the pastry dough is so delicious with products from both regions. Crepes with St Marcellin cheese, sausage of Lyon and even foie gras are worth tasting…
